This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. Silver service level provides two-man delivery inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*. The product will be left in the original packaging.
*In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

This bed is super sturdy and full of storage. My daughter loves it. Make sure that you have a lot of space, because this bed is large! It comes in large, heavy pieces, and the delivery guy would not carry them up the stairs. It took three guys to get it upstairs, and then three people to assemble it. Not difficult to assemble, just cumbersome. The stairs with drawers are brilliant. We don't need to use a seperate dresser for clothes. Bottom line... great bed, but be prepared with enough space to put it and don't plan on moving it once it's assembled!

This bed is perfect for my daughter who is just starting to have sleepovers with her friends. She feels like she has her own little fort in the top bunk and two of her friends (or sometimes her little brother) can sleep on the lower full bed. I love the amount of storage: the chest, the drawers on the stairs, and the huge drawer under the bed. We have not even filled them all so there is lots of room to grow into. The unit was easy to put together with two people and it is very solid. Don't even think about moving it after it is assembled. Overall we are very happy with this purchase and so are my kids.
Service and delivery comments:
Free delivery was great although they would not bring one large section up the stairs for fear of causing damage. My husband and I got it up with no problem later. I bought this set as a return item and there was no damage to it at all. It was as if it were brand new but half the price. Don't hesitate to buy a return or anything for that matter from CSN. They are a good company to deal with in my opinion.

JMJThis bedroom set was purchased to suit the need to house our three grand daughters ages: 6, 4, 3. The two younger sleep on a double bed on the bottom while the 6 year old sleeps safely on the top bunk. We like the steps much better than a ladder which tends to hurt the feet as one grows older. The steps make it easier for older people to access the upper bunk and make it safer for younger ones as well. The drawers on the stairs are actually bigger than one would think. Combine that with the 5 drawers dresser and the extra storage drawer beneath the double bed and we have more drawers than we could fill! The shelves located on both sides of the bed come in handy. We purchased some rubbermaid containers to fit the shelves and the girls keep shoes in one; hats, gloves, tights, socks and other accessories in another. The third is empty! We simply don't have enough stuff to fill the space! The reading light over the double bunk nullifies the need for a night light and is easily accessible and safe for young ones to use. Over all I have to say this is one of the finest purchases we have ever made and we are confident this well-made American product will last till the girls leave home.The only downfall we came across was the set-up. [...] While we haven't found anything unstable about the set, the men who assembled it had leftover parts. Not good. The stairs are not attached to the bed thus they separate every now and then. I'm not sure if they are supposed to be attached or not and don't want to deal with it myself. [...] Quality, quality, quality.

The person sleeping on the bottom bed has to be careful about bumping his head, and I'm not completly convinced it was assembled correctly. But, we love it, it was just what we wanted it to be!

I highly recommend this bunk bed. My grandsons and I love it. Stairs are better than the traditional ladder style bunk bed for us, and the additional drawer space is an added bonus!
