              I purchased this box for my daughter's 10th birthday. Along with the box she got her first piece of real jewelry. The box is lovely, the art is beautiful and the message of "Discover your world" is wonderful for any child. The 2 reasons this jewelry box did not recieve a 5 is the interior covering and drawers. While pretty, the interior covering also seems fairly unsubstantial and I have some concerns about it lasting for a prolonged period of time. I recieved my first jewelry box and real piece of jewelry at the same age and the box still has a prominent place on my dresser, I'm hoping this will be the same. The drawers are easy to use. Again, one of the two reasons it didn't get a 5 is that the drawer come out very easily. These are minor things, but could mean a lot to it lasting 20 years plus as mine did. Overall, a great box with beautiful artwork and a unique design that any girl or woman (and quite a few boys) would love.
