I wanted an inexpensive mirror for a wall in my kitchen and thought this work, NOT! The mirror is way to flexible, once mounted to the wall it has the effect of a carnival attraction. The mirror does not reflect reality, but makes you look completely distorted. As for safe maybe but not for very young children as they will get confused.
