Desk,hutch, and chair are a great value and it was good quality for the price. I have no complains. My daughter (5.5 yrs. old)loves it and it fits her perfectly.

Solid and sturdy... very atypical for alternatives available, which typically are plastic or pressed board. I would expect to pay much more for such a solid and well constructed product. The tongue and groove on the center drawer is a little shallow, so the drawer could be manuvered to fall from the desk. The vendor sent me a replacement desk with their apologies, but the replacement had the same minor flaw. I put some felt on the side edges of both grooves to snug the fit and disallow any 'play' that would allow the drawer to fall from it's guide. My 6 year old now has a fully functional desk that she loves and uses frequently. Note that when magic marker got on the desk, it could not be washed off.

WE BOUGHT THIS FOR OUR 7 YEAR OLD TO USE AS A COMPUTER DESK IN HIS ROOM. IT FIT PERFECT IN A SMALLER ARE (MOST DESK WHERE A FEW INCHES TOO LONG),COMES W/ A CHAIR, PLENTY OF WORK TOP SPACE AND THE QUALITY, UNBELIEVABLE FOR THE PRICE! i HAVE TO SAY THIS FIND WAS WORTH THE TIME I TOOK IN SEARCHING FOR THE PERFECT FIT WITHOUT COMPROMISE.

Solid enough,rounded corners,right size for 5-9 years old child. Has plenty of space for homework and cut-and paste activities. Practical, clean design, and gender-friendly. I like it!
