I purchased this dollhouse for my five year-old granddaughter. She loves it! I shopped around and found others (of the same dimensions) that were less expensive, but not nearly as beautiful. The furniture is well made as well. My four year-old grandson plays with his sister too. The only improvement I would make is to add windows and doors to the "outside" of the house. The way it is now, you have put it up against a wall because the back (which should be the front of the house) is just plain white. Otherwise, it is a beautiful toy, well-made and should last many years with normal use.

We purchased the Doll House for a PTA Silent Auction Item, Ctreated much excitment, Winner, who has a 7 year old girl - Loves it! Was easy to put together, Sturdy enough & a great bargin.

My 6 year old daughter plays with it all the time. I even to play with it. We love it. I love all the wood furniture. That is a very nice touch. We have had only one problem, the backs will pop out if your child is a little ruff. We put wood glue all around the walls and that worked fine. The best part is that she gets to spend more time with daddy. Daddy went and got a big plastic dragon to eat the barbies, but Ken saves the day - well at least daddy is spending quality time with her!

The second floor tends to fall out of it's slot, but can be fixed easily. More furniture would be nice but my dghtr is enjoying it nonetheless
