Important note: Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery. You MUST inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
White Glove Freight Service Level

White Glove Platinum
Platinum service level provides two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
*In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

Really liked this bed for its design and expansion capabilities. It's solid wood and once properly constructed -- very sturdy, but the extension legs must be assembled with care! We had some issues getting everything just perfect and the manufacturer fedex'd out some parts overnight to help us with an issue. [...]My only negative comment is that once you add all the bits and pieces to get the finished product it can get a bit expensive.Overall, I'd recommend this bed / manufacturer.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery took longer than anticipated and the white glove service didn't go as smooth as we'd hoped. But CSN helped to resolve our issues to our satisfaction. Please make sure that whoever assembles this bed does so with care and is not in a rush. It's not hard to assemble but if you rush through it and do not follow the steps you may end up having to rebuild sections. So if you have white glove delivery, I suggest you download the instructions and study them beforehand; and oversee the builders. And check the product for stability BEFORE they leave!

The bed was difficult to put together. The legs make the bed fairly unstable, and we will either have to attach boards between the legs on the back side or attach it to the wall, or both. Furthermore, the wood is cracked or chipped in several places and was painted over. For the money, I expected better quality.
Service and delivery comments:
The guys who delivered and set up the bed were professional and timely. However, they had difficulty setting up this bed due to poor instructions. The slats that hold the mattress appear fairly weak.
