I bought this for my daughter's room and I couldn't be happier. It was fairly easy to put together and it looks nice.

Time consuming to assemble. Drawers don't open fully and has plastic slides. Opens fairly easily, but won't be used on a daily basis. Sprayed lubricant on slides & it helped somewhat. Hope they don't break after repeated use.
Nice looking with mirror attached. Makes a cute little girls room.

I was very dissapointed. The first two tops on the dresser that I received were damaged. Finally, the third piece arrived and was ok. It is still overpriced for the quality. I feel like I should have received a free piece of furniture for all of the trouble!

Was very disappointed to find that there was a deep gouge in the dresser top that we did not see until we had it almost all put together. Call to service # indicated that we'd need to send the whole thing back to get a replacement & after spending 3 hrs, I was not about to undo it all to re-package it all. Need better quality control when packing product, the gouge was very obvious & likely not a result of damage in transit.
Disappointed that the drawer sides are not full depth. Limits how much can be put in each. They also are very hard to pull in/out, even after a month of use.
Plus was that product was not made in China and was relatively easy to assemble, just time consuming. A decent product for short term kid use.

I bought this from Bedroom Furniture Direct as it was grouped with the South Shore Bed and Nightstand (as part of the set). This item shipped first, and was not assembled. I would not have bought it if I was made aware that it would not ship with white glove delivery. I ended up waiting for the bed and nightstand for several weeks after I received this, and I had to pay a local dealer $170 to assemble this dresser. For $200, the dresser would be well worth it, but the extra $170 to have it assembled made it less attractive. And unless you have two capable people with two hours of uninterrupted time to assemble this, you will need to contract help.
Though the customer service reps at Bedroom Furniture Direct were very nice, the whole experience was a hassle. Again, the dresser is a fine piece of furniture for the price - just make sure you take assembly into consideration!
