Comments about South Shore Logik Twin Bookcase Headboard in Sunny Pine:

The item looks nothing like it does online. We got it delivered and opened it up and it looks like cheap material. It isn't even wood, but it has a wood-like looking sticker on it to make it look like wood. Very cheap looking and my 4 year old would rip it up in no time.

Service and delivery comments:

We got the delivery quickly, but since we hated it and it looked nothing like it did online we wanted to return it. I called to have it returned and even though there was free shipping when I bought it, they informed me that I would have to pay for the shipping and it would be deducted from the amount they would refund me. The amount ended up being aprox. $14. Plus I have to ship it back myself which is going to cost me an additional $40 to send back. I paid $95 for it, but will really only be getting back $41 after I deduct what it will cost me to send it back. I do not reccomend buying this or any other product from this terrible company.
