It is a perfect height to help disabled to put on socks, shoes, etc. It is so sturdy to I do not have to worry about it slipping when I sit down or stand up. Have two - one for outside gardening and one in the house. Greatest thing since sliced bread! Don't have to care about rusting when I leave it outside.
