My husband and I put this together pretty quickly and the two pieces that had been drilled incorrectly were replaced by Storkcraft within a week. This looks like a quality piece of furniture when put together and is very sturdy. There is plenty of storage space both inside and on top of this combo changer/dresser.

The dresser is a decent value for the money. It was half the cost of a similar high end product that comes assembled. The problems: The fastener set was missing a screw. It required about 100 fasteners to put together. Takes about 2-3 hours to assemble. The Natural finish has some dark blemishes. The drawers are not totally square with the frame and show large gaps. I rate it average for what it is.

This piece looks great, is decent quality for the price but was AWFUL to put together. The directions were very poor and the parts were mis-numbered. If my husband wasn't handy I don't think we would have got this together!

Service and delivery comments:
Please keep in mind that CNS Baby inventory tracking system is NOT real-time. I ordered this item a week ago and it obviously showed up in-stock and only today did I find out that the item is out of stock and is not available to ship for another 35 days. I will not be shopping with this retailer again. Very disappointing.

We absolutely love the dresser! It has a lot of space in the drawers and is very sturdy, with drawers that slide in and out with much ease. We couldn't recommend a better dresser for your little one!
