The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

Comments about University Loft Complete Graduate Series Extra Long Open Loft Bedroom Set:
When we ordered the product we were a little hesitant at first. I usually like to see furniture up close and test it out before purchasing it. We saw a model of it at a matress store in our area and were relieved. After it arrived, I started unloading it right away. I'm not a weak woman but it would have been better to have some help with it. The pieces are HEAVY. on the up side, they will hold up well to the abuse of my children. We got the set for my 8 year old daughter because she has a tiny bedroom. We knew that as she got older she would want more room and what a better way to give her that than a loft bed. She absolutely loves it. We chose not to get the matching chair because we didn't like the style and it encouraged rocking. It turned out that the finish matches my casual dining chairs perfectly, so she is using one of those instead. I would reccommend this furniture to anyone with kids. It reminds me of the furniture we had in college that allowed us to reconfigure the rooms to our liking but better made.
