The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

Great product, all of our children 5, 4, & 2 yrs old) love these beds, even though we got them for the two boys to share a room (5yr & 2 yr old). They are so very versatile and can be areranged in almost any design or fashion. We arranged ours in an "L" shape, putting one on the lowest setting for the 2 yr old as a "toddler" bed and the other in the 2nd highest setting for an "almost" bunk bed for the 5 yr old, making safe set of beginner bunks and a wonderful fort and/or toybox hider underneath, providing hours of entertainment for all three, including our girl. We are extremely satisfied, not only with the wonderful product, but also with the great customer service that went along with our purchase. Ace folks!! Thank you very much.

Great product, all of our children love these beds. And, even when I mistakenly gave an old credit card number to a card that had recently been cancelled, the bed was shipped anyway and the customer service person that called was extremely nice and forgiving, giving me the benefit of the doubt and allowing me to rectify the situation without holding up my order or charging me more. The bed is great. Very easy to assemble - but does require some crawling around on your knees to get it positioned right. I put it together by myself and had the frame assembled and mattresses and sheets on in half an hour. I'm getting another set for my twins to use. I only wish this company made this bed in regular length (not the extra long). I added bunky boards but the support system is definitely good enough to not need them. And I used regular length mattresses and added a bolster at the end to fill in the gap. Works great.

The beds save room. The kid's bedroom has minimal space and we thought to buy a bunk-bed but the size of it would cover the windows. We thought of a loft-bed, a shorter bunk-bed, but again these sort of beds cover the windows. We thought of a high-riser but the idea was to save space... We found this bed that fits perfectly at window height. You can store underneath the higher bed. The kids built their own spooky club underneath. The bed is stylish and for all those who have boys this bed is mighty strong.

I just received these beds today for my 2 sons and they were a cinch to put together. Very heavy wood, high quality. I also got the 5 drawer chest (2 of them) and they are solid wood. You definately need help getting the chests off the truck as they come fully assembled. The beds came in 6 boxes I believe and weren't too heavy. All in all the quality is so good I am expecting my grandchildren to use these beds!
